Kickstarter, Food Trucks, and Barbeque - OH MY!

Cripple Creek Barbeque has a dream. To achieve that dream, CCB has set a goal. To reach that goal, CCB turned to Kickstarter. To have success on Kickstarter, CCB needs the help of friends, family, strangers, foodies, those who support small business, and every other person with access to the interenet.

If you are not familiar with Kickstarter, it is a website where small businesses, organizations, film makers, and so on, can go in hopes of raising money for their projects. People can make pledges to help the project and, in return, get great swag! The great part about it is that you are not immediately charged for your pledge. How can that be? Well, a project is ONLY funded if it reaches or exceeds it's financial goal at the end of the 90 day run on Kickstarter. Hence, if the goal is met, your credit card is charged...and if the goal is not met, you aren't charged one cent.

Cripple Creek Barbeque had always thought about having a restaurant. But with the high costs involved in a brick and mortar establishment, it's a dream that felt unreachable. But then the idea of a food truck came to mind. Less expensive. Less overhead. Less concern over finding the perfect location that people will want to drive too. With a food truck, CCB can take great food and amazing flavors to the people. With the sudden resurgence of food trucks around the nation, now is the perfect time to get our BBQ food truck on the streets of the greater Boulder/Denver area!

We ask that you please visit us on Kickstarter and if you can, pledge! CCB has pledge levels ranging from $5 -$2000 (something to fit every budget). A $5 pledge means just as much to us as a $100+ pledge - because as we know, EVERY dollar adds up to help make us successful.

There is a very special pledge level that we'd like you to know about. For a pledge of $85 you will get, in return, a set of all four of our sauces. But this isn't just any set of sauces/bottles. We are thrilled to have been blessed by amazingly talented frieds, 4 of whom have donated designs to us and this Kickstarter program. You can see all 4 labels HERE.But pledge on these soon - there are only 12 sets available!

Thank you to Trillustrations (Original), Ricaso (Chipotle), Lollipop Labs (Roasted Garlic), and The Spotted Olive (Caramelized Onion) for all of your wonderful designs!

And Thank YOU for reading! If you feel so inclined to share our story and spread the word, we would be forever grateful!

Thank you from Rdwnggrl's World and Cripple Creek Barbeque!
